Job Details

Education and Experience Required

1. Case Worker
   • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
   • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in child welfare or social services.
2. Security Guard
   • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
   • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in security services. Training in first aid and self-defense is a plus.
3. Unit Supervisor
   • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
   • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a relevant field.
4. Community Mobilizer
   • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Community Development, Social Sciences, or a related field.
   • Experience: 2 years of experience in community mobilization or outreach programs.
5. Janitor
   • Education: Middle School certificate.
   • Experience: 1 year of experience in janitorial services is preferred.
6. Office Assistant
   • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
   • Experience: Previous experience in office administration or clerical work is an advantage.
7. Child Protection Officer
   • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Child Development, or a related field.
   • Experience: 2 years of experience working in child protection or related areas.
8. MIS Assistant
   • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
   • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in managing information systems or databases.
9. Head Case Worker
   • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
   • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in case management, with some experience in a leadership role.
10. Child Psychologist
    • Education: Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Psychology, or a related field.
    • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a child psychologist, preferably with vulnerable populations.
